On February 28, Nashville FFA members went to the Section 21 Poultry Judging CDE hosted by the Bluford FFA Chapter.
The CDE consisted of a general knowledge test, live bird grading, carcass grading, further processed defects grading, exterior quality factors grading, parts identification, exterior and interior quality grading, and placing market birds.
Members were to judge to the best of their knowledge of the poultry industry and were scored individually.
Individual placings were: Cole Herrmann, first, and Carli Hoffman, sixth.
Overall, the Nashville FFA Team placed 4th.
