Dalman Earns Scholarship To SIU Carbondale

By Pete Rosenbery     Mark Dalman of DuBois is the recipient of a Dean’s Transfer Scholarship at Southern Illinois University Carbondale for the fall 2017 semester. Scholarships are based on academic merit and potential for superior achievement in college. Dalman is attending Kaskaskia College and is a May 2015 graduate of Nashville Community High School.
