The Nashville Jr. Golf Tournament was held on Thursday July 13 at Nashville Muncipal Golf Course. In the Girls 16-18 division, Rachael Kell took home first place with a score of 75. Megan and Sarah Breslin tied for second with a 79.
In the boys 16-18 age group, Aven Kimmell of Flora took home the win with a 75, 13 strokes ahead of Jacob Maschhoff who finished second in the age group with an 88.
The 2017 Washington County Fair was the first time that a sand volleyball tournament has been held. After rounds on Friday and Saturday, the winning team was Team Peck, ABOVE, including, FROM LEFT, BACK ROW, Lee Peck, Larry Shubert and Nick Ramsey, FRONT ROW, Jamie Peck, Tasha Gibbs and Brooke Ramsey.
