Nashville Community Consolidated School District #49 would like to congratulate several staff members who will be retiring at the end of the 2017-2018 school year.

Mrs. Diane Fann is retiring after teaching for 30 years in Nashville #49. She is currently our eighth grade Language Arts teacher and will be replaced by Mr. Ben Crawford, who currently serves as a special education teacher in our district.

Mrs. Dee Ann Redfeairn has spent the last four years as our Fine Arts teacher. Her current position will be consumed by the primary school classroom teachers who will teach their own art classes next year.

Mrs. Marilyn Braun, our school nurse, will be officially retiring on September 1, 2018. She will be replaced by Samantha Redenius, who was officially hired last month.

Mrs. Chiree Nadolski, who serves as a paraprofessional in the district, transferred here during the Hoyleton annexation and has worked here since 2014. Her replacement will be employed at a later time.

Nashville #49 would like to thank all of these retirees for their dedication to the district and for their years of service.

You will all be greatly missed!

We would also like to congratulate the graduates of the Class of 2018. Nashville #49 will be sending 60 students to the high school next year as a result of graduation.

The Class of 2018 represented Nashville Middle School in a very positive manner and we hope that all of you have great high school careers.

Thank you for all of your hard work during your time here at Nashville #49!
