Fahl Named “Best And Brightest” Executive MBA

Lisa M Rosenthal Fahl of University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flagler Business School has been chosen by Poets and Quants for Executives as one of the 100 Best and Brightest Executive MBAs: Class of 2018.

Lisa is presently living in Mt. Pleasant, S.C., with her husband Brian Fahl and 2-year-old daughter Elena.

She is a 2001 graduate of Nashville High School. Her undergraduate schools and degrees are: BS-Aeronautical & Astronautical Engineering-Purdue University (2005), MS-Mechanical Engineering-University of Washington (2011), MBA-UNC Chapel Hill, Kenan-Flager Business School (2018)

Lisa is the engineering leader at the ground floor of a new division of Boeing Commercial Airplanes. The team she developed became the highest performing organization with one of the best cultures she has ever worked in.

Through coursework in Entrepreneurship during her MBA program, she developed a business idea that was voted “best in class.” She developed a founding team and they are now pursuing seed funding to develop and mature their start-up.

When the Poets and Quants reporter asked “What is your ultimate long-term professional goal?” Lisa responded, “I want to lead with courage, compassion and inspiration at the highest levels of executive leadership. I want to have a positive impact on the company and make Boeing an even greater place to work for all of its employees and, by doing so, increase the company performance.”

Lisa is the daughter of proud parents Don E and Linda R Rosenthal of Nashville, sister of Brian Rosenthal who works for Boeing in Everett, Wash., and granddaughter of John and Nell Rosenthal.
