Police Report August 2, 2017

July 24

The Nashville Police Department responded to the 500 block of E. Maple St. to serve a no trespassing notice.

Officers responded to the 1000 block of S. Community Ave. for a 911 hang-up call.

Police responded to the 400 block of E. Lebanon St. for vehicle damage.

Officers responded to the 11700 block of St. Rt. 15 for an alarm.

Police arrested Brett Crossland, of Centralia, for driving while license suspended. Brett was also issued citations for operating uninsured vehicle and for expired registration. Brett was also issued a verbal warning for failure to notify SOS of address change. Brett was taken to the Washington County Jail for the arrest.

July 25

Officers responded to the 11700 block of St. Rt. 127 for ministerial alliance.

Police responded to the 18300 block of Enterprise Ave. for a 911 hang-up call.

Officers responded to the 100 block of E. First St. for found property.

Police arrested Ashley Glander of Sparta, on a warrant out of Perry County. Ashley was taken to the Washington County Jail without incident.

Officers arrested Arthur Caffey, of St. Louis, for driving while license susspended. Arthur was also issued a verbal warning for improper use of turn signal. Arthur was taken to the Washington County Jail for the arrest.

Police assisted the Washington County Sheriffs Department with a roll over crash on St. Rt. 15 just west of Indian Trail Road. Driver was trapped in the vehicle.

July 26

Officers responded to the 100 block of N. Grand Ave. for a motorist assist.

Police responded to the I-64 eastbound off ramp at St. Rt. 127 for a two vehicle accident. A vehicle driven by Brett Ringstad, of St. Louis, did not stop in time at the stop sign and rear-ended a vehicle driven by Vonetta Harris, of Swansea. An accident report was completed on-scene.

July 27

Officers responded to the 900 block of W. Adams St. for power lines down.

Police responded to the 1500 block of S. Mill St. for an alarm.

July 28

Officers responded to the 100 block of E. Third St. for suspicious activity.

Police responded to the 17800 block of Commerce Ave. for a suicidal subject.

Officers responded to the 900 block of S. Heaman Dr. for an alarm.

Police responded to the 100 block of E. Third St. for suspicious activity.

July 29

Officers responded to the 100 block of E. David Dr. for a welfare check.

Police responded to the 1600 block of S. Mill St. for a suspicious noise.

Officers responded to Citgo to remove an unwanted subject.

Police responded to the 300 block of W. Maple St. for suspicious activity.

Officers responded to the Post Office to remove an unwanted subject.

Police responded to the 400 block of E. Gorman St. for an alarm.

Officers responded to S. Mill St. at E. Alton St. for a suspicious person laying in the yard.

Police responded to State Route 127 in front of McDonald’s for a traffic crash with minor injuries. A vehicle driven by Raven Dean, of Benton failed to yield when leaving L&N Shell parking lot, subsequently a vehicle driven by Joshua Smith, of Nashville struck the passenger side of Raven’s vehicle. Raven’s mother took her to Washington County Hospital to get checked out. Raven also received a citation for Failure to Yield at Intersection.

July 30

Officers responded to the 100 block of E. Chester St. for a welfare check.

Police responded to the 600 block of W. Center St. for a domestic dispute.

Officers responded to the 200 block of N. Washington St. for vehicle damage.

Police responded to the 11700 block of St. Rt. 127 for transient assistance.
