Delores Bevil

Mrs. Delores Bevil of Richview, departed this life at her residence surrounded by her family, on Sunday, July 16, 2017 at 3:08 A.M. She had attained the age of 69 years, 6 months and 27 days.

Delores was born in the St. Louis County Hospital in Clayton, MO on December 20, 1947 the daughter of Francis and Ida (nee Schmitt) Thomeczek. She was united in marriage to Benton W. Bevil on February 19, 1966 and he preceded her in death.

Delores was a die-hard Cardinals fan. She was an active member of the St. Michael Catholic Church in Radom and had headed the Sunday School Program for many years. She was a member of the Altar and Rosary Sodality, and for a time had even served on the board of the St. Michael Catholic School.

Delores had enjoyed employment at K Mart in Centralia, and at Agripride/Gateway FS in Nashville, for many years.

Left to mourn her passing are her three children, Scott and Christine (nee Windler) Bevil of Richview, Deanne and Robert Lamczyk of Ashley, and Pauline and Richard McCleary of Fond Du Lac, Wisc.; her grandchildren, Josh and wife Mandy, Alex, Cody, Tyler, Erica, Gracey and Justin; two great grandchildren, Talan and Azlynn; four brothers; five sisters; numerous nieces and nephews as well as a host of friends.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in the St. Michael Catholic Church in Radom, on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at 10 A.M. with Fr. Oliver Nwachukwu officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. A Rosary service will be held immediately preceding the service at 9:45 A.M. on Wednesday.

Friends may call at the St. Michael Church in Radom on Tuesday from 5 P.M. until 8 P.M. and again on Wednesday from 7:30 A.M. until 9:45 A.M.

Should friends desire, mass offerings or memorials may be made to the St. Michael Catholic Church or to the Mt. Vernon Outreach Center and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home.
