Mr. Dennis Melvin Flauaus of Nashville, departed this life at Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon, on Wednesday, January 11, 2017. He had attained the age of 63 years, 5 months and 27 days.

Mr. Flauaus was born on August 14, 1953 in Belleville, the son of Joseph and Vernell Flauaus. He was united in marriage to Shelia Dintelmann on June 17, 1978 in Fayetteville, and she survives his passing.

Dennis worked as a maintenance technician for Continental Tire in Mt. Vernon for many years. He was of the Catholic faith and was a member of the UMWA Local #2295. Dennis was a loyal St. Louis Cardinals and St. Louis Blues fan and an
