Firehouse Flapjacks

The Ashley Fire Protection District held their annual pancake breakfast from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Sunday, February 11, at the main firehouse in Ashley.

Trucks and equipment were moved out of the station to make room for diners, and in the outdoor kitchen in back, crews worked to keep the food coming.

Along with plenty of pancakes and syrup, the firefighters were serving up sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy as well.

FROM LEFT, attending to the service line were Kevin Woolever, Josh Bowman, Blaine Barker and Eric J. Wintermann.
