Schnitker Finishes Third At Illinois Top Times Championship

Nashville Hornets junior Brandon Schnitker qualified for the Illinois Top Times Championships in Class 1A which was held at Illinois Wesleyan University on March 24. Schnitker qualified in the 800m run.
Schnitker brought home third place in the race as he finished in a time of 1:59.92. The top three runners in the race, finished in under two minutes. Riley Wells from Rockford Lutheran was first with a time of 1:59.23, followed by Joseph Stone of Newton with a time of 1:59.66.
After Schniter, Ian Hussung of Oregon crossed the line in the fourth with a time of 2:00.41, and Jason Landon of Carlinville rounded out the top five with a time of 2:01.83.
