This Week’s Pets For Adoption

No Nashville News staff-suggested name for this week’s pet of the week: according to our friends at the Washington County Partners for Pets, “Animal Control has named her Gracie – – a nice female Terrier mix, maybe around 2-3 years old, looking for a nice holiday home.”

Other dogs available for adoption this week include a spayed female tri-color St. Bernard, a one-year-old male black and tan cattledog mix, a three-year-old male black and white lab mix, a one-and-a-half-year-old male tan lab, a nine-year-old female black lab mix, a two-year-old female blue brindle pit mix, and a three-year-old male black and brindle lab mix.

There is one cat and five kittens available for adoption at this time.

Dog adoption fee is $30, which includes an AVID identification chip and $50 off spaying or neutering.

The shelter also accepts donations of aluminum cans to help cover costs.
